dc.description.abstractin vitro plant regeneration of 19 chrysanthemum cultivars: cvs. "Violet Spider" (VS), "White Spider" (WS), "Yellow Spider" (YS), "Vesuvio" (V) "Copper Spider" (CS), "Aibert Heyn" (AH), "Papagaj" (P), "Reagan White" (RW), "Reagan Sunny" (RS), "Reagan Splendid" (RSp), "June Yellow" (JY) "June Rose" (JR), Tigerrag" (T), "Yellow Jubilee" (YJ), "Bronz Mundial" (BM), "Fanshine Improved" (FI), "Klondike" (K), "Pink Snowdon" (PS) and "Rivarly" (R) was investigated. Induction of morphogenesis is achieved in steam segment culture on MS medium. Shoot multiplication was investigated on six MS media supplemented with BAP, kinetine or TDZ (1 mgL1, respectively) and NAA (0.1 or 0.5mgL-1 respectively). The best shoot multiplication index were observed on MS media supplemented with BAP as cytokinin for ten cultivars. According to these results, the annual plant production could be 1.4 x 1013 shoots for cv. "R", and the lowest (7.8 x 106 shoots) for cv. "RSp". Rooting of shoots (95-100 %) was satisfactory on MS hormone free medium. Potted chrysanthemum plants were acclimatised in arrange 55-84%.en
dc.description.abstractProučavana je in vitro regeneracija biljaka 19 kultivara hrizantema: cvs "Violet Spider" (VS), "White Spider" (WS), "Yellow Spider" (YS), "Vesuvio" (V), "Copper Spider" (CS), "Albert Heyn" (AH), "Papagaj" (P), "Reagan White" (RW), "Reagan Sunny" (RS), "Reagan Splendid" (RSp), "June Yellow" (JY) "June Rose" (JR), 'Tigerrag" (T), Yellow Jubilee" (YJ), "Bronz Mundial" (BM), "Fanshine Improved" (FI), "Klondike" (K), "Pink Snowdon" (PS) i "Rivarly" (R). Indukcija moifogeneze je postignuta u kulturi segmenata stabla na MS hranljivoj podlozi. Umnožavanje izdanaka je ispitivano na šest MS hranljivih podloga obogaćenih BAP, kinetinom ili TDZ u koncentraciji od 1 mgL-1 i NAA 0,1 ili 0,5mgL-1). Kod deset kultivara najveći indeks umnožavanja izdanaka je postignut na podlogama obogaćenim BAP kao citokininom. Na osnovu dobijenih rezultata godišnje bi bilo moguće proizvesti 1.4 x 1O13 izdanaka kod kultivara "R", a najmanji broj (7.8 x 1O6) kod kultivara "RSp". Oživljavanje izdanaka (95-100%) je bilo uspešno na podlozi bez regulatora rastenja. Biljke hrizantema su se dobro aklimatizovale na spoljašnje uslove gajenja. Broj aklimatizovanih biljaka je zavisio od kultivara i kretao se od 55-84%.sr
