Stanje i zaštita mešovite šume hrastova sa grabićem (Carpino orientalis-quercetum B. Jov. 1960) u dolini Čerevićkog potoka na Fruškoj gori

Abstract

In the paper is presented new habitat of the mixed forest of oaks with the eastern hornbeam (Carpino orientalis-Quercetum. B. Jov. 1960) in the Čerevićki potok valley on the Fruška gora Mt. The forest is situated predominantly on steep south-eastern slopes at an altitude of 210- 320 ma.s.l. The soil is rendzinic leptosol over marl. There were ascertained several oak species and other tree species within tee layer as well. The eastern hornbeam dominates within the layer of lower trees and shrubs. Due to the specificity of this refuge, the conditions and protection measures for conservation of this significant forest ecosystem are suggested.

U radu je prikazano novo nalazište mešovite šume hrastova sa grabićem (Carpino orientalis- Quercetum B. Jov. 1960) u dolini Čerevićkog potoka na Fruškoj gori. Šuma je rasprostranjena pretežno na strmim jugoistočnim padinama, na nadmorskoj visini od 210 do 320 m. Zemljište je pararendzina na laporcu. Konstatovano je više vrsta hrastova i drugih drvenastih vrsta u spratu drveća. Grabić dominira u spratu nižeg drveća i žbunova. Zbog specifičnosti ovog refugijuma predloženi su uslovi i mere zaštite za očuvanje ovog značajnog šumskog ekosistema.
