dc.description.abstract | Dijatomeje su unicelularne alge, široko rasprostranjene, prisutne u mnogim vodenim staništima i dominanatne u fitobentosu. Fitobentos i makrofite se navode kao jedan biološki pokazatelj kvaliteta vode u Okvirnoj direktivi o vodama Evropske unije. Istraživanja biodiverziteta dijatomeja rijeke Oskove koja svojim gornjim tokom protiče kroz područje Zaštićenog pejzaža Konjuh rađena su na epilitskim zajednicama. Istraživanja su obuhvatala prikupljanje uzoraka i analizu fizičko-hemijskih parametara, identifikaciju i mikrofotografiju taksona. Ukupno je identificirano 106 taksona. Dominirali su rodovi: Achnanthidium, Cocconeis, Amphora, Nitzschia, Navicula i Gomphonema. Najučestalije vrste epilitona su bile Achnanthidium minutissimum, Achnanthidium pyrenaicum, Cocconeis euglypta, Cocconeis lineata. Shannon indeks diverziteta (H’) je varirao u rangu od 1,0 do 3,3. U istraživanju epilitona rijeke Oskove na području Zaštićenog pjezaža Konjuh utvrđen je visok specijski diverzitet. Donji tok rijeke rezultirao je nižim diverzitetom i drugačijim sastavom vrsta. | sr |
dc.description.abstract | Diatoms are unicellular algae, worldwide spread, live in many aquatic habitats and they are dominant in phytobenthos. Phytobenthos and macrophytes are one of the biological quality elements in the assessment of ecological status of waterbodies, according to the EU Water Framework Directive. Investigation of the diatom biodiversity of the Oskova River, which flows through the Konjuh protected area in its upper stream,, was based on epilithic communities. The research included sampling of benthic diatoms, analysis of physicochemical parameters, permanent slides preparation and identification of taxa. In total, 106 taxa have been recorded. The most dominant genera were Achnanthidium, Cocconeis, Amphora, Nitzschia, Navicula, and Gomphonema. The most abundant taxa were Achnanthidium minutissimum, Achnanthidium pyrenaicum, Cocconeis euglypta, and Cocconeis lineata. The Shannon Diversity Index (H’) was in the range from 1.0 to 3.3. Epilithic assemblages in the Oskova River which flow through the Konjuh Protected Landscape area showed high biodiversity of diatoms. The lower part of the river flow had lower species diversity, a well as different taxa dominance. | en |
